The provision of personal data, as well as your consent to its processing, is completely voluntary. Any personal data you provide to us is processed only to the extent and for the purpose for which you have given your consent. However, in the event that you decide not to provide us with the data necessary to process your order and you do not consent to its processing, we will unfortunately not be able to process your order.

Please remember that you have the right to update or completely delete your personal data at any time. You can do this yourself, as well as with our assistance, which we will be happy to provide.

Our company follows a strict data security policy. Your personal information is safe with us and we make every effort to increase this level year after year. I. Personal Data Administrator

The administrator of ameko.pl personal data (hereinafter referred to as ADO), that is responsible for ensuring the safety of your personal data, is:

II. Personal data protection system

The ADO has implemented technical and organizational measures to ensure the protection of processed data in accordance with the requirements set forth in applicable regulations on personal data protection. In particular, the following were taken into account: the Regulation of the Minister of Internal Affairs and Administration of 29 April 2004 on the documentation of personal data processing and technical and organizational conditions to be met by devices and IT systems used for personal data processing (Journal of Laws No. 100, item 1024); the guidelines of the General Inspector of Personal Data Protection; the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons in relation to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC.

The most important elements of the data protection system used include:

SSL certificate, which guarantees that communication between your computer and ameko.pl is encrypted with a 256 bit key.

We collect and process only necessary personal data and for the shortest possible time, and for every action not connected with realization of purchase-sale agreement you have to give separate consent.

Access to your personal data is granted only to authorized and trained in the scope of personal data protection, giving a guarantee of its safety.

The ameko.pl IT system and internal company procedures meet all standards of personal data protection.

ADO has thus fulfilled all legally stipulated obligations in the scope of personal data protection.

III. Personal data, purpose and storage time

A. Registration

During registration we ask you to provide data necessary to set up an account at ameko.pl, thanks to which you do not have to waste time filling in the whole order form again with every subsequent purchase. By registering you save time and money, as registered Customers participate in the loyalty program and receive discounts for previous purchases.

Registered customer after logging in can also verify the status of the order and history of purchases made. A registered and logged in Customer may at any time independently correct, complete or completely remove data from ameko.pl

During registration, we ask for:

name and surname - necessary for us to issue a sales document later and address the shipment;

address (street, house number and/or number of house and premises, postal code and city) - necessary for us to address the shipment later;

e-mail - necessary for logging in and communication connected with using ameko.pl;

phone number - necessary in the case of choosing some delivery methods (required by carriers)

Data are stored for a period of 5 years from the last login.

B. Placing an order

When placing an order, we ask you to provide us with data necessary for processing the order, which, in the case of registered and logged-in Clients, is partially collected automatically from the data provided during registration.

When placing an order, we ask you to provide:

name and surname or company/institution name - necessary to issue a sales document and address the shipment;

address (street, house number and/or house and premises number, postal code and city) - necessary for addressing the shipment;

e-mail - necessary for the communication related to the processing of the order;

telephone number - necessary in the case of choosing certain delivery methods (required by carriers).

If, when placing an order, the Customer chooses delivery to an address other than the one indicated when registering or placing the order, please additionally provide:

name and surname or company/institution name - necessary for us to address the shipment;

address (street, house number and/or house and premises number, postal code and city) - necessary for addressing the shipment;

telephone number to the receiver of the shipment - necessary if certain delivery methods are selected (required by carriers).

If, when placing an order, the Customer chooses to issue a sales document for other data than that indicated when registering or placing the order, please additionally provide:

name and surname or name of the company/institution - necessary to issue a sales receipt;

address (street, house number and/or house and premises number, postal code and city) - necessary for issuing a sales receipt;

Data given during placing an order are processed by ameko.pl and the following entities in the scope given below:

name and surname, address, phone, e-mail indicated as the delivery address are transferred to shipping companies in the form of a label / waybill which is at the same time an order for shipment delivery depending on the selected type of shipment are transferred to :

DPD Polska Sp. z o.o. with registered office in Warsaw (KRS 0000028368, NIP 5260204110)

The name and surname, address, Tax Identification Number (NIP) indicated as the data on which the sales document is to be issued are transferred in the form of the sales document to the accounting system:

In the case of using payment through an external payment system, any data given after going to the website of the payment operator remain registered only in its database and are in no way accessible or stored by ameko.pl.

The ameko.pl store cooperates with the following payment operators:

PayPro S.A. based in Poznan at Kanclerska 15 Street, 60-327 Poznan, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court Poznan
Nowe Miasto and Wilda, VIII Commercial Division of the National Court Register under KRS number 0000347935, NIP number 7792369887.

Data is stored for 5 years from the end of the calendar year following the year in which the sales document was issued, in accordance with applicable regulations governing the storage period of accounting documents.

C. Marketing

In case of subscribing to the newsletter and expressing consent to receive it in the process of registration or placing an order, we ask only to provide an e-mail address, to which commercial information from ameko.pl will be sent, which you may cancel at any time by logging into your wameko.pl account or by clicking on the cancellation link in the footer of each newsletter.

D. Correspondence

In the event that you provide us with personal data that is not necessary for the purpose of fulfilling a contract or a legal obligation, e.g. in correspondence with us, cancellation of contract forms, warranty or guarantee forms, this data will be deleted or anonymized immediately and will not be processed.

Please do not provide us with information or personal data which is not expressly requested and which is not relevant for the performance of a contract or a legal obligation.

IV. Cookies - your personal data which is collected automatically when you enter TwójSklep.pl

Cookie files (so-called "cookies") constitute IT data, in particular text files, which are stored in the final device of the Customer of ameko.pl.

Within ameko.pl there are two main types of cookies used: "session" (session cookies) and "permanent" (persistent cookies). "Session" cookies are temporary files, which are stored in the final device of the Customer until logging out, leaving the website or switching off software (web browser). "Permanent" cookies are stored in the Customer's end device for the time specified in the parameters of cookies, or until they are deleted by the Customer.

The following types of cookies are used within ameko.pl:

"necessary" cookies which enable using services available within ameko.pl; e.g. authentication cookies used for services which require authentication;

cookies used to ensure safety, e.g. used for detecting misuse of authentication on ameko.pl

"performance" cookies which allow gathering information about the way the websites of ameko.pl are used;

"functional" cookies which make it possible to "remember" settings chosen by the client and to personalize the ameko.pl interface;

"advertising" cookies, which enable providing the Client with advertising content more suited to his/her interests.

In many cases, the software used to browse the Internet (web browser) allows storing cookies by default.

If you do not agree to place cookies on your device, you can block their placement by configuring your web browser appropriately. Information on how to do this can be found in the help files of your web browser. Unfortunately, if you block cookies from ameko.pl we cannot guarantee its correct operation.

A. ameko.pl (server)

The IT system used by ameko.pl automatically collects data related to the device you use when connecting to ameko.pl in logs. These data are collected only for statistical purposes and concern: type of device, operating system, type of web browser, screen resolution, color depth, IP, ISP, or entry address to ameko.pl and are only used in the process of optimization of ameko.pl in order to ensure the greatest possible comfort of use.

These data are never combined with the data provided mentioned in Part III and are only material for statistical analysis and system error correction mechanisms.

B. ameko.pl (cookies)

ameko.pl uses the technology of "cookies", which are text files placed on your device, in order to enable ameko.pl to recognize you and to adapt ameko.pl to your needs.

ameko.pl uses cookies to:

remembering your login (session lasts 30 minutes from the last activity, after which the cookie is deleted);

storing the contents of your shopping cart (session lasts 30 days from the last activity, after which the cookie is deleted)

storing your display preferences on ameko.pl (session lasts 30 days from the last activity, after which the cookie is deleted);

creating statistics and audience reports on the operation of ameko.pl; (session lasts 30 days from the last activity, after which the cookie is deleted);

personalizing the appearance of ameko.pl by displaying products, which the store's algorithm indicates as interesting for you, based on products you have bought, put into the shopping cart, searched for in the store, as well as their authors, manufacturers, category - in a word, products similar to you, but never connected directly with your personal data. (The session lasts 30 days from the last activity, after which the cookie is deleted);

C. Google Analytics (cookies)

Google Analytics uses "cookie" technology, which are text files placed on your device, to help ameko.co.uk analyze the source of traffic and how visitors use it.

Google collects the data obtained from placing cookies on your devices on its servers and uses this information to create reports and provide other services related to the traffic and use of the Internet.

Google may also transfer this information to third parties where required to do so by law, or where such third parties process the information on Google's behalf.

This data is never combined with the data provided in Part III and only provides material for statistical analysis and system error correction mechanisms.

The data are processed for 12 months after the last activity, after which the cookie is deleted.

D. Google AdWords (cookies)

Google AdWords uses "cookie" technology, i.e. text files placed on your device, in order to enable ameko.pl to assess the correctness and effectiveness of advertising activities carried out using the AdWords network.

Google collects the data obtained from placing cookies on your device on its servers and uses this information to create reports and provide other services related to the traffic and use of the Internet.

Google may also transfer this information to third parties if required to do so by law or if such third parties process the information on Google's behalf.

This data is never combined with the data provided in Part III and only provides material for statistical analysis and system error correction mechanisms.

The data are processed for 12 months after the last activity, after which the cookie is deleted.

E. Cookies originating from partner servers

ameko.pl uses scripts and software elements supplied and located on the servers of its business partners. Such cookies may contain data necessary for the partner to carry out the service provided to ameko.pl or contain data other than those mentioned in the privacy policy.

However, ameko.pl selects its business partners very carefully, it is not responsible for their cookie policy. Therefore, we recommend verifying each of our partners on your own and deciding whether you wish to accept their cookies.

ameko.pl uses scripts of the following partners:

2. Facebook Inc. based in Menlo Park (CA, USA)

V. Safety privacy policy of ameko.com partners

ameko.pl chooses its business partners very carefully and verifies equally carefully placing links to other websites on amelka.com.pl. amelka.com.pl is not, however, responsible for the standard and privacy protection policy applied by the owners, operators or administrators of these websites. Therefore, we recommend that you verify each of our partners for yourself and decide for yourself whether you wish to entrust them with your personal data.

VI. Transfer of your personal data

In specific situations in which the law in force orders the Personal Data Administrator to pass on collected data to state authorities, ameko.pl will make such data available.

With the exception of these situations, your personal data, to the extent permitted by law on the basis of separate entrustment agreements, shall be transferred to specific entities exclusively and in connection with the necessity of realizing a contractual or legal obligation of the Personal Data Administrator. The categories of entities to which the data may be disclosed include: advertising agencies, banks, accounting offices, IT service providers, courier companies, logistics companies, payment institutions, and carriers.

In the case of such transfer, the Personal Data Administrator shall conclude appropriate entrustment agreements with such entities, which guarantee the highest standard of protection and maintenance of confidentiality and security of personal data, as well as their use solely for the purposes of fulfilling the contractual or legal obligation of the Personal Data Administrator.

VII. Change in privacy policy of ameko.pl

ameko.pl reserves the right to change the privacy policy, if it is required by the current law, the technological conditions of functioning of ameko.pl change, or the change will introduce a standard higher than the minimum required by law.

Ameko.pl will inform about such change electronically (on the e-mail indicated during registration).

VIII. Your rights

In accordance with current regulations in relation to your personal data, you have the right to:

  • refuse or restrict processing of personal data;
  • to object to the processing of your personal data;
  • access to your personal data;
  • rectification or erasure of personal data;
  • to transfer your personal data;
  • withdraw consent to the processing of personal data;
  • lodge a complaint to the supervisory authority - the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.
    These rights are inalienable and cannot be restricted. We are always happy to provide you with assistance and information, and you can exercise some of the above-mentioned rights yourself.
